HR in the Small Company: The Dilemma

Every large company has a Human Resources Department. I've worked in a number of them.

Most small companies start out with no HR support whatever.

The difference is obvious. Large companies ALL equip themselves with Human Resources expertise - most small companies do not.

Problem is that small companies face many of the exact same HR problems and compliance issues as larger companies.
